Given the nature of our items and the possibility of product "contamination", we do not allow product returns. However, several product inspections are performed prior to your girl leaving the factory.
We highly encourage you to make direct contact with the shipping carrier to arrange final delivery of your girl to her destination. Only non delivery (verified by carrier) will be considered grounds for refund. The purchase of shipping insurance is a great idea to help mitigate any losses in the rare event that damage occurs to your girl during transit.
While we can't guarantee photographic confirmation service for your girl prior to leaving the factory, we will make every possible effort to provide this to you free of charge.
Refunds are issued via the payment method that was used to purchase the goods. If an item is damaged in transit, you must contact us at within 3 business days of receiving the damaged item. We will provide additional assistance for shipping damage claims if requested.
